When will I get my sneak peeks?

Sneak Peeks are delivered within 1 week of your wedding. The amount you will receive depends on which package you have booked.

When will I get the full gallery?

For weddings your full gallery will be delivered in an average of 8 weeks. During peak season wedding galleries can take up to 10 weeks. For all other sessions your gallery will be delivered in up to 2 weeks.

Do you have contracts?

I do have contracts, and they are tailored to each of my client's needs.

How much deposit is needed when I book?

I require a 25% non refundable retainer on ALL Colorado, Florida, and Michigan bookings. Bookings to other states vary and are non refundable deposits. Additionally the retainer AND the contract are both required to secure your date.

How long will you hold my date when pending retainer and signed contract?

I give my clients 10 days to return both to me to secure their wedding date. For other sessions I give 3-5 days depending on how soon the session is. I understand circumstances arise and I will always do my best to try to be accommodating. After the time frame has passed your date will become available to others and has the potential to be booked by someone else.

What happens if I need to reschedule, or cancel?

If you need to reschedule I will do my best for us to come up with a new agreed date and time. If you need to cancel then I will not refund the initial retainer, but any extra monies will be refunded to you.

What happens if you, the photographer, cancels?

I have been very fortunate that I have not needed to cancel on any of my clients, however if the need were to arise, you would be issued an entire refund including the retainer. I will also give you recommendations of other photographers.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes and no. I allow you to pay me at your leisure for the remaining balance. Therefore if you choose to send a monthly installment you are more then welcome to. If you want to pay me the day of that is perfectly fine as well. I will send invoices reflecting each payment if you choose this route.

When do you require full payment?

Remaining balances are due by the day before. If it is not received I will not be at the session or wedding the next day.

I am wanting to elope and I am unfamiliar with Colorado, do you provide other planning services?

I will give you recommendations for locations, other vendors that I know and trust from HAMU to bakeries etc. I DO NOT book them for you but I do provide you with recommendations and their contact information. I will do my best to provide you with as much information as I can!

I want to add a second photographer, but your prices only show one photographer. Can I add a second? How much?

Yes!!! Pricing varies depending on the package you book and the location of the big day. Please inquire if you are interested in a second photographer.

Do you offer any discounts such as military?

YES!!!! I offer discounts for military, first responders, teachers, students, and medical personnel!

Where are you based out of?

My home is Denver! However I have family in Tampa, and Grand Rapids that I can stay with therefore offering no travel fees within 30 miles of these locations!

Do you travel to locations other then Colorado, Florida & Michigan?

Absolutely!!! I love getting to visit new places!! :)

How much are your travel fees?

My travel fees vary based off location, airfare, hotel etc. Typically my travel fees average around $250 in state, and $700 out of state. Please inquire for an exact quote!
